Prairie Springs Cottage was the perfect place for 4 Class of 1961 high school girlfriends to enjoy a peaceful retreat. The Flint Hills sparkled with spring time emerald green and we were soothed by the scenery as well as the comfort and ambiance of the cottage. Sandy and Barry have achieved a dream that can be shared by other lovers of this area. I recommend, with pleasure, this small piece of heaven on earth for all that arrive after us.

Thank you for providing such a nice place for my husband and son-in-law to stay with their buddies on their recent trip to Kanas. They really enjoyed their time there, and the wind is already making a good story.

What a place - Barry and Sandy have done an incredible job with the cottage. The whole place was more beautiful than we imagined, from the charm and character of the interior to the amazing scenery - would recommend this to anyone looking for a relaxing escape. We'll definitely be back, far and above the nicest weekend getaway I've experienced.

My four sisters and I spent 3 wonderful nights at the cottage. We find a place for a "retreat" each year. This cottage will be hard to top, we enjoyed every minute and Sandy and Barry Clay, make you feel so welcome. I would recomend it to anyone. Believe Me. The description does not do this milieu justice. Thanks to my daughter, who bought us here, I was as close to Provence as one gets. St. Remy has only 'The Cafe' to top Prairie Spring. On second thought, perhaps not. AS, the owners, Sandy and Barry Clay, are known to invite you for afternoon wine !! It's okay. AS, immediatety, you feel they are your new best friends !

We spent a wonderful 10 days and 9 peaceful nights at this awesome cottage. We slept on a wonderful comfortable bed - 9 hours every night. It was so peaceful there. We did not want to leave. We hope to visit again and again. Thank you, thank you.

we are new to kansas. this looks like a ideal place to have aweekend getaway.hopefully sometime we can do that.it looks like a place you can fall in love all over again.

This place is awesome!! I took my wife here and stayed the night. There is so much to do from fishing and hiking!! You should stay here you won't regret it at all. The price is fair as well and the hospitality is great.
